Where can I shop in person?
You can find Finders Keepers at vintage markets and pop-ups across North Carolina, plus in-store at the Durham Vintage Collective in Durham, North Carolina.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, and Klarna.
All prices are listed in USD, and all transactions are processed in U.S. dollars.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Do you accept returns?
Given the nature of secondhand items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Because every item is vintage or one-of-a-kind, we carefully inspect, measure, and photograph each piece before it's listed so you know exactly what you're getting. We encourage you to review all photos, measurements, and descriptions closely before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item, reach out anytime.

Do you offer sitewide sales?
Occasionally. The best way to hear about them is through our newsletter.

Sizing
How does sizing work?
Since all pieces are vintage, sizing can vary widely between brands and eras. For that reason, we provide detailed measurements (in inches) for every item. We recommend comparing these measurements to a garment you already own to ensure the best fit.
All measurements are taken flat.
For reference, our general size estimates are based on the following body measurements:
Women's (chest / waist / hips):
XS: 32–34" / 24–26" / 34–36"
S: 34–36" / 26–28" / 36–38"
M: 36–38" / 28–30" / 38–40"
L: 38–40" / 30–32" / 40–42"
XL: 40–42" / 32–34" / 42–44"
Plus Size: 42"+ / 34"+ / 44"+
